I’m Bacccccckk

Last night was my first day back to rolling and I wasn’t in too much pain.  I woke up again to go get some more rolls in this morning, talk about a stress relief.  I instantly felt the built up stress from the last three weeks of not training disintegrate.  I was telling one my students this morning that these three weeks of no training is my longest time off since I started Jiu Jitsu over seven years ago.  In a sport (art) that you are not ever completely healthy the challenge is to know when to train through the pain and when to take time off.  I’m not sure how so many people in this country go without daily exercise and I’m happy to be back on the fit side.
